Lip Sin Garden, Penang

Lip Sin Garden, or Taman Lip Sin, is a residential neighbourhood in Sungai Dua. It was developed in the early 1980's, and comprise single storey link houses, semi-detached double storey houses, low-rise apartments and high-rise apartments. Lip Sin Garden is bordered by Jubilee Home to the east, Taman Pekaka to the north, Jalan Bukit Gambier to the west and Bukit Jambul to the south.
