Kingfisher Series Condominium is a condominium complex in Greenlane Heights, Island Park, Penang. It is phase K of the Greenlane Heights development, and as with the condominiums in this neighbourhood, is named after bird, whose name follows the letter "K". The Kingfisher Series Condominium occupies a 4.2-acre plot of freehold land at the edge of the hill in Island Park. It comprises three blocks of high-rise condominiums. Two of the blocks are 21 storeys tall while the third is 29 storeys tall. They have a total of 406 apartment units, with each unit having a built-up area of 700 square feet. There are six units on each floor, and each block is served by 2-3 lifts. As with the Jay Series next to it, the Kingfisher Series was built in 1998.

Location
Kingfisher Series Condominium is 6.0 km from Magazine Circus. It is located at the deep end of Greenlane Heights. Getting to the main road by car may take as much as 5 minutes or more, during rush hour. Still it is ideal for those working in the city who have their own transport.
Public Transport
The nearest bus stop is about one kilometer away, along Green Lane. Rapid Penang Bus 11, 206 and 304 are the buses that pass through there.

The nearest hypermarket is Tesco Penang. The nearest petrol station is the Island Park Caltex, Greenview BHP, Green Lane Petronas and Green Lane Shell. The nearest hospital is Lam Wah Ee Hospital.
Traffic
Traffic in Greenlane Heights is moderate, but gets heavy towards Jalan Tembaga and Jalan Besi approaching the traffic lights with Green Lane. Greenlane Heights Block A is located along Jalan Besi, which is the outermost block within the Greenlane Heights development.
