What I like about this hotel
It is a well known brand that has been in Penang for over a decade, and has expanded over time. It is conveniently located in the middle of Batu Ferringhi town, with lots of places to eat nearby.
What I don't like about this hotel
It is so close to the main road, that they have to build a pedestrian bridge across the road to link both sides of the hotel.
