Halaman Cendana is an apartment complex in Bukit Gedung, Bayan Baru, Penang. Also known as Cendana Court, it comprises two blocks of 11-storey apartments with built up area of 820 and 900 square feet. Halaman Cendana was built in 1997 by PDC on leasehold land. The maintenance fee is around RM85 per month.

Facilities

Facilities include security, parking lot and some landscaping.

Location

Halaman Cendana is 15.7 km from Magazine Circus. It is ideal for people working in Bayan Lepas Industrial Zone, but would be quite far for those working in the city.

Public Transport

Rapid Penang Bus 303 and 307 pass through Persiaran Mayang Pasir, the main road in Bukit Gedung.

Amenities

The nearest schools are Sekolah Kebangsaan Seri Permai and Sekolah Menengah Raja Tun Uda. The nearest market is the Desa Mayang Market. The nearest hypermarket is Giant Bayan Baru. The nearest petrol station is Caltex Jalan Tengah and Esso Jalan Tengah. The nearest hospital is Pantai Hospital.

Traffic

Since the area is far in, it does not experience much congestion. However, traffic gets quite heavy along Jalan Mayang Pasir and Jalan Tengah during morning and evening rush hour.
