Gembira Parade is a small, rather non-happening mall located between Island Glades and Island Park in Green Lane, Penang. At the moment it is devoid of an anchor tenant, which further contributes to its desolate feel. The main tenant is Delta Office Supplies, which took over the space occupied TOPS Supermarket. A string of other establishments came after TOPS, but none find any success here. So today, much of the outlets at Gembira Parade is taken by skincare and facial outlets such as Dermalogica. There is also a Japanese restaurant here, Chikuma.
