Ferringhi Mutiara Apartment (see map) is a low-medium cost apartment in Batu Ferringhi, Penang. It is located near the junction of the Batu Ferringhi Main Road with Jalan Sungai Emas, across from Golden Sands Resort. Ferringhi Mutiara comprises four blocks of 10-storey apartments built in 1996. Each unit of three bedroom two bathroom apartment has an area size of about 700 square feet. Maintenance fee is RM70 per month.
Facilities
Facilities include communal parking lots and shoplots at the ground floor. It has a community hall, a playground and basic landscaping.

Location
Ferringhi Mutiara Apartment is 15.4 km from Magazine Circus. It is more suitable for people who are working along the Batu Ferringhi area than those working in town, mainly due to the distance and traffic congestion along the way. If you are working even farther away - Bayan Lepas or mainland - you should consider the wisdom of staying this far.
Public Transport
Rapid Penang Bus 101 pass along Jalan Batu Ferringhi, the main road some 300 meter from the condominium.
Amenities
The nearest petrol stations are the Esso and Caltex in Tanjung Bungah. The nearest schools include SK Batu Ferringhi and SJK (C) Pai Chai. The nearest market is the Tanjung Bungah Market. The nearest shopping is at Island Plaza, Straits Quay and Tesco Tanjung Pinang.
Traffic
Jalan Sungai Emas gets quite busy in the evening. Jalan Batu Ferringhi is also moderately heavy, and slightly congested where the road narrows.
