Eden Seaview Condo is an apartment complex comprising 3 blocks of 20 storey apartments along Jalan Sungai Satu, Batu Ferringhi. There are a total of 534 apartment units built on freehold tenure. They range in size from 850 to 1,033 square feet. Estimated selling price is between RM160,000 and RM250,000. Estimated rental is between RM700 and RM1,100 per month. Maintenance fee is from RM120 to RM150 per month.

Facilities

Facilities include 24-hour security, parking lot, landscaped garden, swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, gymnasium, tennis court, jogging track, and barbecue area.

Location

Eden Seaview Condo is 16 km km from Magazine Circus. You may take a while to reach it from George Town, especially during morning rush hour. As the name of the condominium suggests, it offers sea view. To actually touch the sea requires quite a long walk (or a short drive).

Public Transport

Rapid Penang Bus 101 pass by along the main road of Jalan Batu Ferringhi. Getting to the main road requires quite a long walk.

Amenities

The nearest petrol stations are the Esso and Caltex in Tanjung Bungah. The nearest schools include SK Batu Ferringhi and SJK (C) Pai Chai. The nearest market is the Tanjung Bungah Market. The nearest shopping is at Island Plaza, Straits Quay and Tesco Tanjung Pinang.

Traffic

Traffic along the Batu Ferringhi Main Road ranges from moderate to heavy. Some times the road gets congested where it narrows. Jalan Sungai 1 is light in traffic.
