E-Park is a condominium in Batu Uban, Penang. Completed in 1996, it comprises three 27-storey blocks on freehold tenure. Each 3-bedroom 2-bathroom condo unit has a built-up area of between 800 to 1,100 square feet. The maintenance fee is RM120 per month.

As of August 2014, the asking price per unit is now in the region of RM420,00 to RM500,000.


Facilities include security, covering parking lot, swimming pool, tennis court, badminton court, squash court, gymnasium, children's playground, and landscaped garden.


E-Park Condominium is 9.6 km from Magazine Circus. While it is over 5km from the city centre, thanks to the Jelutong Expressway, one can reach the city in 15 minutes flat - or less - unless there is a jam.

Public Transport

Rapid Penang Bus No. 301, 303 and 304 pass along Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah. If you are staying at E-Park, you hava a good 250 meters of walking to reach the nearest bus stop.

The nearest schools to E-Park are Sekolah Kebangsaan Sungai Gelugor, Sekolah Menengah Jenis Kebangsaan (Cina) Phor Tay, and three Chinese primary schools, Sekolah Rendah Jenis Kebangsaan (Cina) Keong Hoe in Sungai Dua; and Kwang Hwa Primary School and Shih Chung (Primary) Branch School in Sungai Nibong. The nearest market from Batu Uban is at Lip Sin. The nearest shopping mall is Queensbay Mall. The nearest hypermarkets are Tesco Extra and Tesco Penang, both about the same distance away. The nearest petrol station from Batu Uban is the Mobil at Pantai Jerejak and the Caltex next to Tesco Penang. There isn't a hospital really nearby. Pantai Hospital and Lam Wah Ee Hospital are both about equal distance away.


E-Park is in Batu Uban, which is like an island surrounded by major roads. Due to the high density and inadequate parking space, many tenants of neighbouring blocks park their vehicles along the roadside outside their condominium. Nevertheless traffic is smooth except during the evening rush hour, when traffic congestion from the Penang Bridge often spill onto the two aforementioned major roads.
