Dunn House is a low-density 3-storey apartment along Dunn Road in George Town. There are only 13 apartment units built on freehold tenure, and they all 1,238 square feet in size each. The estimated selling price is between RM250,000 and RM300,000. Monthly rental is between RM1,000 and RM1,500, although I have seen asking price as high as RM1,800. Maintenance fee, I learn, is RM250 per month (if this is true, I am wondering aloud what justifies such a high maintenance fee).
Facilities
Facilities are limited to 24-hour security, parking lot and limited landscaping.
Location
Dunn House is just 2.4 km from Magazine Circus - it is so close to the city centre that you can even walk the whole way if you have the stamina.

The nearest public transport is an inconvenient distance away.

The nearest petrol station is the Esso along Macalister Road. The nearest schools include Methodist Girls School and Pykett Methodist School along Anson Road. The nearest market is the Pulau Tikus Market. The nearest shopping is at Penang Plaza. The nearest hospital is Island Hospital.
Traffic
Traffic along Dunn Road is light although it is between two major roads, Peel Avenue and Perak Road.
