Citibank Pedestrian Bridge (GPS: 5.4235, 100.3285) is a landmark pedestrian in Penang. The double-arch bridge in George Town provides pedestrians an overhead crossing of the busy Northam Road (Jalan Sultan Ahmad Shah), in front of the Citibank Penang branch and Wisma Penang Garden.
The Citibank Pedestrian Bridge was built in around 1999 with funding provided by the bank. Since its completion, it has been a favorite site for photography enthusiasts. The bridge is especially beautiful at night when it is lit up.
