The best Bak Chang stall in Penang is the hawker operating at the curb in front of the Seventh Day Adventist Church, at the junction of Burmah Road and Tavoy Road. The vendor sells a full range of Chinese glutinous-rice dumplings, or Chang. He also sells yam cakes (Oh Kuih) and red bean dessert (Ang Tau Th'ng).
I usually come here for the Chang, going for the biggest one, which now costs RM6.00 a piece. According to the vendor, you can find him at the site Mondays to Saturdays from 2:00 pm in the afternoon until 10:00 pm at night.
