Bellisa Row is a commercial property in the Pulau Tikus neighbourhood. Developed by the Belleview Group, Bellisa Row is a four storey arcade. The ground level has several shops and food-and-beverage outlets, among them Häagen-Dazs, The Coffee Bean, Bella Italia and Jurin. Astro cable network also has an outlet here. There are also a couple of banks, namely AmBank and CIMB.
The upper floors of Bellisa Row is taken up by offices, including lawyer firms and the like.

Bellisa Row is at the heart of Pulau Tikus neighbourhood, an upscale suburb of George Town. It receives some spillover commercial development from the city. Bellisa Row is also a watering hole for yuppies and the young affluent who frequent its many nightlife venues.
