Jalan Dato Hamzah is one of the main roads in Klang, Selangor. It starts at Jalan Kota in the west, and ends at the junction with Jalan Besar and Jalan Istana in the east. The road intersects with Jalan Tengku Kelana, the main road through Klang's Little India. Other roads intersecting with Jalan Dato Hamzah include Jalan Bukit Jawa, Jalan Mohet and Lorong Rembau.
