Asia Hills is an upscale residential neighbourhood on the hill slope at the foot of Bukit Jambul in Penang. It is located along Jalan Bukit Gambir, bordered to one side by Lebuh Bukit Jambul. Asia Hills is developed by Asia Green Properties. It comprises detached bungalows on land area ranging from 3,006 to 4,270 square feet in size. The built up area ranges from 4,002 to 5,038 square feet.

Location

Asia Hills is 12.2 km from Magazine Circus. It is ideal for the upper middle class looking for properties in the vicinity of the Bayan Lepas industrial area. Those working in the city will face daily heavy traffic to George Town through Sungai Dua or Jalan Bukit Gambir.

Public Transport

Rapid Penang Bus 301 and 302 pass along Jalan Bukit Gambir in front of Asia Hills.

Amenities

The nearest schools are Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Bukit Jambul and Keong Hoe Primary School in Sungai Dua. The nearest market is the Super Tanker Market in Lip Sin Garden. The nearest shopping centres include Tesco Extra and Bukit Jambul Complex. The nearest petrol stations are the Petronas at Bukit Gambier, Esso next to Bukit Jambul Complex, the Shell station at Sungai Nibong. There isn't a hospital nearby, with both Hospital Pantai Mutiara and Lam Wah Ee Hospital approximately of equal distance away.

Traffic

Traffic is heavy along Jalan Bukit Gambir, especially during the rush hour periods in the morning and evening. At other times, traffic is smooth.
