Alila Horizons Condominium are two blocks of 19-storey condominiums off Jalan Lembah Permai in Vale of Tempe. Completed in 2008 on freehold land, Alila Horizons have a total of 250 units with size ranging from 1249 to 1421 square feet. Value is estimated as between RM320,000 upwards. Maintenance fees is RM0.15 per square foot.

Facilities

Facilities include security service, two parking lots per unit, swimming pool with infinity edge, jacuzzi, wading pool, children playground, barbeque pit, tennis court, multipurpose hall, cafeteria and landscaping.

Location

Alila Horizons Condominium is 9.1 km from Magazine Circus. If you are looking for greenery, and let working in George Town, Alila Horizons may offer exactly what you are looking for. It would be even better if you are a retiree looking for a property on the northern part of the island. If you are working in the southern part of the island, then you are looking at a long commute to work.

Alila Horizons Condominium is served by Rapid Penang Bus 104.

Tunku Abdul Rahman College Penang Branch is located to the west of Alila Horizons. The nearest public schools from Alila Horizons is Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Tanjung Bungah. The nearest market is the Tanjung Bungah Market out on the main Jalan Tanjung Bungah. The nearest shopping mall is Island Plaza at Tanjong Tokong. The nearest petrol stations from Vale of Temple are the Shell, Caltex and Petronas in Tanjong Tokong, and the Shell and Esso in Tanjong Bungah. The nearest hospital is Penang Adventist Hospital at Burmah Road. I personally do not quite fancy living in a place where I have to drive through the winding Valle of Tempe road every day.

Traffic

Traffic along Jalan Lembah Permai is quite heavy, despite it being a winding hill road. It is not uncommon for traffic to be almost back to back. This is due to all the development that has taken place on the northern end, around TAR College.
