15 Northam Road is a heritage building built in the late 1920. It was originally owned by Ong Eng Soon, who made his fortune in Chinese medicine and tin-mining. The building has its porch facing the junction of Transfer Road and Northam Road (Jalan Sultan Ahmad Shah). In the 1990's until recently, 15 Northam Road was the Canon Sales & Marketing Office. Today (April, 2010), it houses De Santia Bridal House.
