An abodes of the super rich, it has only 61 units, meaning there is just at most 2 units per floor. The units have sizes ranging from 3,466 to 4198 square feet - to say they are spacious is putting it lightly.

Location

11 Gurney Drive is 2.7 km from Magazine Circus, making it ideal for top executives with offices in the city.

Public Transport

If you are staying here, you probably wouldn't need public transport, but your maid would. Rapid Penang Bus 304 pass along Gurney Drive, but not in front of the condominium. Bus 103 and 104 pass through Kelawei Road.

Amenities

Nearest schools include Convent Pulau Tikus and St Xavier's Primary School. Nearest market is the Pulau Tikus Market. Gurney Plaza is the nearest shopping mall. Nearest petrol station are along Burmah Road. The nearest hospitals are Gleneagles Medical Centre and Penang Adventist Hospital.

Traffic

Traffic is perenially heavy on Gurney Drive. This is especially so during weekends and evenings. The proximity of 11 Gurney Drive to two hotels - Gurney Hotel and Evergreen Laurel - means that there is constant traffic movement in front of the property. Having said that, you are within walking distance to many food and beverage outlets.
