Developed by Lone Pine Group, 1 Tanjong Condominium will occupy the site of the former Tanjung Country Club. To be built on freehold tenure, it comprises two 41-storey condominium blocks offering a total of 147 condominium units. The units are available as standard units (4,760 sq ft), penthouse units (9,600 sq ft) and the top penthouse (18,600 sq ft).

Location
1 Tanjong Condominium is 8.9 km from Magazine Circus. It is not near if you are working in George Town, and even farther if you work in Bayan Lepas. Depending on traffic, you can reach Magazine Circus in half an hour. However, 1 Tanjong is really intended for business owners who, if they work at all, will be doing it from the comfort of home.
Public Transport
If you can afford this place, you are unlikely to need public transport unless your Mercedes broke down. Anyway, if your maid or butler should ask, there's Rapid Penang Bus 101 that can take them to town.

Traffic
Traffic along Jalan Tanjung Bungah is heavy. However the road is wide so traffic should be smooth most of the time.
