1-Square at The One, Penang Cyber City, Bayan Baru (5 February, 2013)

1-Square (GPS: 5.32899, 100.28386) is a commercial precinct within The One Penang Cyber City development in Bayan Baru, Penang. Developed by Ideal Homes Properties Sdn Bhd, it was launched in 2007 and completed in February 2013. The project is located on the northwestern part of The One development, between the 1-World Condominiums and the Penang Development Corporation.

1-Square comprises three-storey linked as well as detached shoplots. At launch, the linked (or terrace) units were priced from RM780,000 upwards while the detached from RM1 million upwards.

One of the major tenants at 1-Square is Straits International School which has its temporary campus there. At time of writing, other tenants are in the process of occupying the new commercial area.

Getting there

The main access road to 1-Square is Tingkat Mahsuri which connects Jalan Mahsuri in the south to Persiaran Mahsuri in the north.
